Finally Results out... M1 work training almost ending
Woo hoo!! Results for Sem 1 is finally out. Well, i felt a little bit disappointed but at least i'm able to scrap thru to Sem 2. Well gotta work extremely harder for Sem 2. Well, my training days with M1 is almost ending.. Gotta be post to the "Fish Tank" for live calls training. Haha.. ever wonder y is that place called Fish Tank?? Well, we are still newbies aka newly breed fishes.. So they gotta feed us some more and train us somemore in the "Fish Tank" b4 we are thrown into the deep blue sea. Interesting huh? Training might be quite tough coz u gotta remember all the product knowledge and also knw wat steps to take in when answering certain queries or complaints. Well, it might be tough but it's kinda interesting coz everyday is a learning day. I just hope that i'll be able to cope between work and studies when sch starts. I'll Jia You!!
